The hierarchy + role model on this page reflects BRD §1.1.17 verbatim · the back-end that enforces these rules (server-side auth, RBAC checks on every API call, Postgres tenancy model per the TDD) ships in a separate, multi-day workstream. Invitations sent here are not real yet · this surface exists so the org chart and role lanes are visible while the platform-side enforcement is being built.
